When you submit the request-a-quote form, we collect what you enter, which may include: your name, email address, phone and backup phone number; your event date, start time, city and state, venue type and room, unit or floor; access notes; occasion, guest of honor, headcount and whether it is a surprise; show, show length, number of entertainers, talent tier, heat level, costume, custom theme and activity choices; your dancer preferences (such as look, body type, hair, body hair and ethnicity preferences); singles amount; how you heard about us; any notes you add; and your confirmations that you are 21 or older, understand the show is entertainment only, understand tipping is mandatory, and agree to our Booking Terms & Liability Waiver, along with the date and time of that agreement.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site working.

Payments. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Payments are made directly through Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or cash, and those services handle your payment details under their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to handle your booking: to respond to your request, send your quote, match you with an Entertainer, confirm and manage your booking, take deposits and payments, communicate with you about your event, keep a record of your acceptance of our Terms, keep our Entertainers and events safe, and meet our legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver your booking: with the Entertainer(s) assigned to your event (only the details they need, such as the event time, location and preferences), with service providers that host our website and deliver our email, and when required by law or to protect the safety, rights or property of our Entertainers, our guests or us.

4. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site and hosting provider may use basic cookies or similar technologies needed for the site to work and stay secure.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request and booking, keep records of your acceptance of our Terms, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We may keep certain records where the law requires it or to resolve disputes.
