This Talent Privacy Policy explains how Pornstar on Call ("we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects the information you give us when you apply to work as an entertainer. Our Privacy Policy for clients covers bookings.

1. What We Collect

From the application form: your first name, stage name, email address, phone number, city and state, Instagram or X handle, experience, the track you are applying for, travel availability, what you tell us about yourself, your photos (or that you will send them later), and your confirmations that you are 21 or older and agree to our Talent Application Terms and this Policy, along with the date and time of that agreement.

For verification, if we move forward: a copy of your government-issued photo ID and a selfie holding it, used only to confirm your identity and age.

Collected automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider for security.

2. How We Use It

We use your information only to review your application, contact you, verify your age and identity, and, if you are accepted, schedule and manage your bookings and keep records our business and the law require.

3. Kept Private - Never Sold

Your application information is kept private. We never sell or rent it. We never share your legal name, ID, contact details or home location with clients. If you are accepted and agree, clients may see your stage name and the photos you approve. We share information only with the service providers that host our site and deliver our email, or when required by law or to protect someone's safety.

4. How Long We Keep It

If we do not move forward, we delete your application within a reasonable time unless you ask us to keep it on file. If you work with us, we keep your records for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, then delete them.

5. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and ID copies are stored with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

You may withdraw your application, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information, at any time by emailing us. We may keep records the law requires.

7. Adults Only

Applicants must be 21 or older. If we learn that an applicant is under 21, we delete their information.
